What will you do as an Automation Engineer?
As an Automation Engineer you will develop control system modifications for machinery and installations and manage the control systems on-site. You will work both independently and within project teams on new systems, expanding machinery and installations where needed. You’ll collaborate regularly with clients and suppliers, especially for outsourcing larger projects.
Additionally, your responsibilities include:
- Implementing improvements to existing systems;
- Calculating, designing, and programming electrical and control systems for machinery and large, complex installations.
- Develop and modify control systems for machinery and installations;
- Implement system improvements and optimizations;
- Design, calculate, and program electrical and control systems;
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project teams;
- Manage and maintain on-site control systems.
